Q. Can I track my shipment?
A. Yes. You can access our website and track your goods from time of shipment to delivery — and you can also call our office during our scheduled working hours and a customer service representative will give you all the information you need concerning your goods

Q. How long does it take for shipment to arrive at Destination?
A. It depends on the destination of the consignment. If the consignment is designated for delivery in Nigeria it takes approximately 5-7 working days and if Europe 5-8 working days.

Q. Do I have the option of using a different clearing agent?
A. The goods are shipped as packaged consignments which might consist of goods belonging to more than 2 individuals. However, you can provide us with a different clearing agent of your choice if your package alone weighs more than 100lbs.
